The place was fairly clean with a nice design and friendly staff. the rooms were all a nice size and huge right on top of the common space. the hotel was in a quiet location close to shops, Mexico, and a grocery store. It was also close to the ADO bus stop.

The place was clean, with an amazing and sweet staff, our room was lovely and good, including air conditioning and a flat-screen television.

Great staff, excellent location, clean room, and comfortable resting area. We stayed here for 3 nights and had amazing experiences. The staff is very friendly and helpful, despite not speaking English very well. They gave us fantastic tips about the area and even arranged an unforgettable sailing trip for us. Additionally, the location is perfect, close to local eateries and main roads. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the spacious resting area and the opportunity to sleep with fresh air, thanks to the mosquito net.

The garden was lovely and we enjoyed spending time there during our Easter stay. The room service was good and our room was always kept clean. The location, although a bit on the outskirts, was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The lack of hot water and poor water pressure made for uncomfortable showers. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and did not reach our room.

This hotel is well-designed and extremely clean. the front desk personnel is heartwarming and gives you lots of tips on exploring the area. the location is just a short walk from restaurants, stores, and bus terminals, and bikes are available for rent onsite. Rooms are spacious with comfortable resting areas and friendly staff organize sailing trips for you.

While this hotel is cheap and offers good value, it's a bit far from the popular destinations downtown and the lagoons.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Maalob Che Bacalar By Rotamundos. The front desk personnel, Grey, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with lots of tips for my trip. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and has a cool architecture with a great garden. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, including a private bathroom and TV with cable. The WiFi was also excellent. The location is convenient, just a few blocks away from the bus terminals. I especially appreciated that I could leave my bag at the hotel after checkout. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff, especially Grace at the reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome and gave us great tips for exploring the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed like a private bathroom and TV. The hotel also had a beautiful garden where we enjoyed our breakfast, and it was located near some fantastic local eateries. we had a fantastic experience here and would definitely stay again.
